BVH editing software

I am looking for a non expensive, easy to use BVH editing or creating software. I am working on a few projects that requires motions I don't have and most sites don't have due to the custom figures I have for these. One is a Dragon and the other is a 4 legged figure.
I have tried to create a few motions using blender but they didn't turn out anywhere close to what I am trying to create.

Yes I have tried BVHacker and found it not good for creating or editing BVH files.
I have searched google and keeps pointing to same old software (BVHacker, Lifeforms).
Has anyone used Iclone or know of another piece of software that is User friendly?

For some Reason when I Tried to use BVH haker it Crashed my system
