no I tried with IE8 and using the Quote option get a Java script error.

Description: Object doesn´t support the property or method
source: http//www.3dgladiators.com/clientscript/vbulletin_global.js?=386
line:11

thats all I get in IE8

FIREFOX is ok for me so far

don´t know if that is any help

I never use IE now

This seems to be an IE8 specific problem. I don't use it myself EXCEPT when I need to log in with a generic handle yet also keep this handle logged in.

Try ticking the compatability mode button on the top bar, it seems to fix some of those pesky errors.

NO problem ...... I cannot stand IE now .. :)

I tried that and it made no difference to the java problem. but other than the pop up the is a bit of a pain. I can still post with the quote
option??

thanks for the idea .

I have been changing setting or added features in IE and still no change

I had problems early on but its been very good now .. that was with the ram, at least the motherboard could not handle the Ram I wanted
got a BSOD every once and a while.

and the only problem with this at them moment is when I used IE8 and the quote option at the same time.

Firefox is very stable for me on this one.

What are you using again ??
