DOS help needed!!!

Well, if any of you can go back in time far enough you will remember the game Battle Chess! Basically i was trying to play the game again and i had a few problems, namely that when i tried to start it a message came up saying "not enough free base ram or memory". So, if there is anyone out there who knows how to fix this i would really appreciate it, thanks!

I remember having to use memmaker to view and optimize memory as well as having to play with the autoexec.bat and config.sys files. Ah, the good old days...

I suggest www.theunderdogs.org they have extensive dos help there for old games
