Inks by xerosalvation on deviantart.com (he has some other nice inks there btw...)

For me this is practically a speed paint. Did the flats last night and colours today. All up about 10 hours which includes about 3 hours worth of goofing off on the interwebs. Usually I take a lot more time and can take up to a week to get stuff done. But I've done a LOT of Dave Finch's pics so this was all familiar territory for me in that respect.

My original idea was to have her and the statue against some sort of stone wall and top lit and all shadow-ey. It was also mostly the blue-green-grey of the statue as well. But that sucked, so there's some clouds and sunset stuff instead...
